Bon Jovi's fans are all over the world and there are so many in Korea. Even in 1995, when Bon Jovi was at his best, the seats were full at the concert held in Korea in 2015. It was very popular not only in Korea but also abroad, and in the Because We Can concert tour held in 2013, it earned $259.5 million in 102 performances and all seats were sold out.

The Bon Jovi live concert held in 2011 also sold out 1,519,598 concert tickets worldwide, showing 100% ticket sales and generating over $140 million in revenue. This was also true of The Circle Tour in 2010, and many Bon Jovi concerts were 100% sold out.

I'm also a Bon Jovi fan, and I bought a T-shirt with the Bon Jovi logo on it near the underpass from Shinjuku Station in Tokyo to Isetan Department Store. (Now I can't wear it because I'm fat)

Bon Jovi, who has maintained a reputation for a long time since its formation in 1983. Even before reaching No. 1 on the Billboard chart in 1986 with You Give Love a Bad Name, he had such talent and recognition that he held many concerts in North America, Europe, and Japan. If you look at YouTube, you can see that they had a performance in Budokan and other places in 1984.

When it was first formed in 1983, the membersJon Bon Jovi (1962-),David Bryan (1962-),Tico Torres (1953-),Dave Sabo (1964~),It was Alec John Such. However, not long after that Dave Sabo was replaced by a new guitarist, Richie Sambora (1959-). When Alec John Search left in 1994, Bon Jovi was a four-member band. It consists of Jon Bon Jovi, David Bryan, Tyco Torres, and Richie Sambora.

There are many domestic fans who really like the 1995 song Always, but I Their first song, You Give Love a Bad Name, topped the Billboard Hot 100 in 1986. Livin On A Prayer, which took first place the following year, And It's My Life, which appeared in 2001.

You Give Love a Bad Name is one of my favorite songs, released in 1986, and peaked at number one on the Billboard Singles chart on November 29, 1986, and reached number 30 on the 1986 Year End Chart. It is also featured on Bon Jovi's famous Bon Jovi album Slippery When Wet, which stayed at number one on the Billboard 200 for a whopping eight weeks, and according to the RIAA, 12xplatinum.

In other words, it sold 12 million copies and was a huge success. The cover sold in the US and the cover sold in Japan are also different, but the cover for the US sale is written Slippery When Wet as if scribbled on a black background like sandpaper.

On the other hand, the Japanese cover shows a different aspect, with a female model wearing a wet shirt with Slippery When Wet on it. Since then, the album has included two number 1 songs on the Billboard Hot 100: You Give a Bad Name, number one in 1986, and Livin' On A Prayer, number one in 1987.

You Give a Bad Name clearly reveals Bon Jovi's pop metal personality, and you get the feeling that the Glam Metal genre is like that. Also, some pop elements were added as it was called pop metal. So, he released a lot of songs with a pop metal character that is closer to pop than heavy metal.

However, it is evaluated as one of the singers who realized the glam metal-like image - glamorous clothes, loose hairstyle, handsome appearance, and makeup - and actually attracted many female fans and widely implemented the metal genre, which was considered the exclusive property of men.

That was the case back then, but now in 2018. Bon Jovi's fans do not discriminate between men and women, regardless of age. Of course, they secured a young fan base when they first appeared, but as they age, they become middle-aged, and as they release many songs that appeal to generations after that, the fan base has grown even stronger.

And it is not easy for all seats to be sold out while performing concerts around the world. Considering that in 2013, he ranked first in concert revenue (worth $300 million), Bon Jovi's charm becomes more prominent as time goes by. This band also exists.
